Congressional Member of House Education and Labor Committee pledges support for Democrat Ricardo Lara for Assembly

LOS ANGELES—Democrat Ricardo Lara today received the endorsement of U.S. Representative Dr. Judy Chu for his leadership and commitment to strengthening California’s economy and improving the lives of the middle class through education.

A leading advocate for education, Dr. Chu has long fought to protect education from disastrous budget cuts, modernize aging school facilities and ensure access to higher education for all.
